We work to keep product descriptions, images, specifications and prices accurate, but we do not guarantee that they are error-free or current. Colours may look slightly different depending on your screen. Our jewellery is made in BIS hallmarked 925 sterling silver unless the product page says otherwise. We may change product information, discontinue products or limit quantities at any time.
5. Pricing and Payments
Prices are shown in Indian rupees and may change without notice. Payment must be completed through the available payment methods before an order is processed. If a pricing error occurs, we may cancel the affected order and refund any amount paid.
6. Order Acceptance and Cancellation
Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance. We may refuse or cancel any order, limit quantities per customer, or cancel orders suspected of fraud or unauthorised activity. Customer cancellations are covered by our Cancellation Policy.
7. Shipping and Delivery
We offer free shipping across India. Delivery usually takes 3–6 working days; delivery times are estimates and may vary because of factors beyond our control, such as courier delays, weather, government restrictions or other unforeseen events. Risk of loss and ownership of the products pass to you on delivery.
8. Replacements and Refunds
Replacements and refunds are governed by our Refund & Returns Policy, including the requirement to report damage within 48 hours of delivery with an unboxing video.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, graphics, logos, videos and designs, belongs to Silvay or its licensors and is protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or use it without our written permission.
10. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to break any law, use the website for fraud, try to gain unauthorised access to systems or accounts, upload harmful code, interfere with the website’s security or operation, or use automated tools to scrape data without permission.
