Cancelling an Order
You can ask to cancel an order before it has been processed, packed or shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. To cancel, message us as soon as possible on WhatsApp on +91 78274 05240 with your order number.
Cancellation by You
- Orders can be cancelled before shipment is confirmed.
- If you have already paid, the refund is processed as described below.
- Orders that have already shipped cannot be cancelled. If the product arrives damaged, see our Refund & Returns Policy.
Cancellation by Us
We may cancel an order if:
- The product is unavailable or out of stock
- There is an error in pricing, product information or inventory
- We suspect the order is fraudulent or unauthorised
- Payment verification fails
- Circumstances beyond our reasonable control prevent us from fulfilling it
In these cases we will refund the full amount you paid.
Refunds for Cancelled Orders
- Approved cancellations made before shipment receive a full refund.
- Refunds go back to the original payment method wherever possible, usually within 5–10 business days.
- Timing can vary with your bank or payment provider.
Changing an Order
To change your shipping address, quantity or product, message us straight after placing the order. We will do our best to make the change before the order is processed.
